Cally Wheeler, co-owner of Catalyst Webworks, was recommended to me by a dear friend. We immediately hit it off in our initial meeting due to Cally’s professionalism, positive energy and great sense of humor. I needed a website for my start-up animal care business and did not want your standard pet sitting site. Cally introduced me to her partner, Jesse McDougall, and both proceeded to ask me many questions about the business I was starting. They spent a long time with me discussing the process of building a website and what it would involve.As promised, after our initial meeting, I received a detailed contract as to how the website construction would proceed. Cally and Jesse then took our initial interview along with requested photos and created a few different options for the site. Cally and Jesse executed all aspects of the contract on time, if not earlier. They patiently answered all of my questions throughout the process … that in itself was no easy task. We contracted with Catalyst Webworks for a complete replacement of our web site including, graphics, page layout, the addition of a shopping cart, search, as well as site and e-mail hosting. Both Jesse and Cally have been easy to work with, and very prompt in resolving issues. The site has performed as promised, most importantly in the ease with which we can update and maintain the content, and how well the new shopping cart has functioned without any glitches.We purchased the CompleteCare package, and feel the ongoing services provided are well worth the cost. Poverty Lane Orchards and Farnum Hill Ciders worked with Catalyst Webworks during the end of 2009 and beginning of 2010 for a website upgrade.
